"Justice denied" in conversation with LFIU and CLS

"Justice denied" is an in-depth conversation with Dennot Nyack, Caribbean Labour Solidarity and Nadine Finch, Labour for Irish Unity. The Irish and Black communities share the experience of being exploited by Britain as a colonial power and within the UK itself. They also share the experience of oppressive policing, miscarriages of justice and media misrepresentation. The session explores the connections between the experiences of both communities, and suggests actions that can be taken by the Labour Movement to expose and combat present trends which both celebrate and perpetuate the myths of Britain’s colonial past.
